4. Usage Instructions
1. Surface Cleaning: Use acetone or alcohol to remove oil and dust from the threads.
2. Applying Adhesive: Apply the adhesive to the threads of the bolt or nut (1-2 drops are sufficient).
3. Assembly: Tighten immediately to the specified torque to ensure even distribution of the adhesive.
4. Curing:
Initial cure: After 10-20 minutes (at 25°C), further operations can be performed.
Full cure: Maximum strength is achieved after 24 hours.
Low-temperature/high-humidity environments: Curing time may be extended; heating can be used to accelerate curing.
5. Disassembly Method
Standard Disassembly: Use a standard wrench to loosen the fasteners.
Residual Adhesive Removal: Residual adhesive can be removed using heat (above 150°C) or an anaerobic adhesive remover (e.g., Loctite 7471).
Reassembly: After disassembly, clean the threads and reapply adhesive.

7. Precautions
⚠ Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dark place at 10-25°C. Unopened shelf life is 12-24 months.
⚠ Safety precautions: Avoid contact with skin and eyes (contains acrylic esters, which may cause sensitization). Gloves are recommended.
⚠ Not suitable for use on non-metallic materials, large gaps (>0.25mm), or in pure oxygen environments.
